Stecker & Associates, founded in 1980 is a technically oriented Search Firm that services the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical (FDA Regulated Industries), as well as Automation and Robotics Industries. We have developed long term relationships with domestic and International clients, with general focus on employment opportunities within the United States. Women, Asian and Minority professionals comprise approximately half of our employment focus, coupled with the general populace. Our strength is in Engineering (Product Development, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality), and Marketing disciplines with a focus towards technology. Our assignments are in the $75,000 to $150,000 compensation ranges for staff level to vice presidential roles. We are not equipped to assist recent graduates entering the employment market for the first time. Stecker & Associates employs database resources from national networks that enable us to identify employment opportunities with corporations and other consulting affiliates. This enhances our ability to provide a wider range of job opportunities beyond our established clientele and provides another avenue to address candidate inquiries.
